Reading more is one of my new year’s resolution – but my attention span was beyond shot. The only thing that initially got me back into it was sticking to my two favorite genres, historical nonfiction or intense mysteries/thrillers. So, I usually recommend Kristen Hannah to my friends/family. She’s an intriguing but pretty easy read and writes primarily female centered nonfiction books – mostly historical which makes them informative but also very emotional…. I finished her most popular books (Nightingale, The Women and Firefly Lane) in all less than a week if that’s any indication of how captivating they all are!
